Your Children Future

Do you want to prepare your children for the future? How do you do it? First, let your children be children, and let them grow. But when they go to high school it’s time to be serious. They have to be prepared for the S.A.T test and pick the right college or university to further their education. They have skills. Can their skills change the future? Could they be the next president without the scandals they have in the past?

How would they survive? That’s the parent’s problem. Parents have to teach and train their child to be better than themselves. Parents make mistakes too. But the parents must teach their child to be a better person and smarter.

In high school, they must learn science, technology, engineering, and mathematics or STEM; this applies to acting, business, and cooks.  And technology engineering companies. Engineering technology is a must and applies to everywhere, building computers, building the latest software and building much stuff to make our lives a better in the future. Movies influence us of what the future would look like. If we could make that in reality, it would be great. And they need a teen life too like going to prom and school activities.

What we have to do is to influence our children, it all starts with the parents. Teacher and professors are the resources and shape them to be a better person in the future. School and universities have laboratories and the latest technology they need to get ahead. Why blow up the garage and home, if it is insured.

Don’t start them late, or they end up in a garage forming a band that goes nowhere, or homeless.  They need a stable future and career.

It all starts at home and parents. Make that change.

Labor Day and Back to Work

So how’s was your labor day? Did you do any labor on Labor Day? Work is work and we need to get it done.

Anyway, you may know that school and universities were open a few weeks ago and they will learn new things and make friendship too.

Are the, teachers, college instructors, and universities professors ready for students to learn new things? Maybe?

For parents, please tell your children to learn and have fun. Making friends are crucial for the adolescent of children especially when they are growing up. But make sure it’s the right person when they bring home a new friend to be friends with. It’s like a date, but different, they have to find something common of what they like and dislike. If they are in the same classroom, make sure they are studying together and make good grades. Math and science are important for the children education, if they make good grades in math and science throughout the middle school and high school, it would be easier for them when they are off to college and universities and they have to take general courses and then their major of interest. So make them study.

For students who seniors in high school and getting ready to graduate at the end of the school year, they have been slacking off for the past two years of high school. It would be difficult to catch up and graduate with their classmates.

They have to work hard; they have to create a schedule for homework, school activities, prom, and a job. Students can take a break if they have good grades.

For teachers, college instructors, professors at universities and teacher of the year, please make your classroom entertaining to learn. Not the boring lecturing type. Do you want your students to fall asleep in classroom or take selfies the whole time while the instructors are lecturing? It’s time for an upgrade and change. Students are more active, if their instructors make learning fun, games like Who’s Wants to be Millionaire, Jeopardy and other popular game shows. Make learning fun. It’s great for College and universities students too. If they have cell phones make it part in their education. Make a deal with the students. Students like to be challenge, if not they will take more selfies of themselves. Try it and see how it works. Don’t be boring.

What is that?

Parents should know what their child should watch. For example, a child goes for a sleep over at their friend’s house. And the parents of that household suggest to go to the movies with their kids and someone else kid.

The parents of that child should be aware of the ratings of the movie. PG-13, PG and G are good, but movies that are rated R are not acceptable even though the adult is accompanying them in the theater and the movie is good.

Most movies these days are rated R due to graphic violence and salty language. Children who watch these movies grow up to mimic the actor’s behavior by killing and using language and other adults themes in the movie.

It doesn’t make sense that older parents are taking their child to see a rated R movies. Is this appropriate? We want to raise a child to be good and we exposed them to watch these movies either at home on DVDs and the movie theater.

We can blame Hollywood for making these movies, but parents have to make a choice either to watch it or not. Do parents understand the movie ratings? Some of the good movies are rated R, which include graphic violence and salty language they use on the screen. What do you think?
