Hedy Lamarr

With beauty and brains, Hedy Lamarr has it all. In the 1930s, she married a millionaire by the name of Fritz Mandl. His business was the weapon manufacturing industry. For her, she was young and naive from Vienna, Austria. He wanted her to be a housewife. With beauty and brains, Hedy Lamarr has it all. In the 1930s, she married a millionaire by the name of Fritz Mandl. His business was the weapon manufacturing industry. For her, she was young and naive from Vienna, Austria. He wanted her to be his housewife, and she was bored. She wanted to know more about his business.  Mandl didn’t want his wife to be involved in the industry. Mandl orders his maidservant to keep an eye on her whatever she does. Since the maid looked precisely like her, she put her plan in action. She drugged the maid and took her clothes and walked out of the house. Even though Mandl has guards posted in every corner, the guards did not even notice that was Hedy Lamarr escaped, and no one knew where she had gone.

When she escaped, she wanted to be an actress, her original name was Hedwig Eva Maria Kiesler, but when she moved to Hollywood, she changed to Hedy Lamarr. Her big blockbuster movie was Ecstasy in which it grossed over a million dollars in sales and rentals on DVD. She was the first to do non-pornographic films and the first to fake an orgasm on film. This was before Harry met Sally (1989). She swam nude in a lake, and a horse took off her clothes. The horse came back with a young man, and she did it to him.

The head of MGM Louis B. Mayer signed her a movie contract, and she worked with leading actors such as Spencer Tracy, Clark Gable, and Jimmy Steward. Movies such as John Steinbeck’s Tortilla Flat (1942), White Cargo (1942) Cecil B DeMille’s Samson and Delilah (1949) and the last movie she did was The Female Animal (1958)

The inventor

She already has the beauty, but she was brilliant too. She met George Antheil, composer and piano player. If a piano can play itself while hopping one note at a time. What about frequencies. The frequencies between transmitter and receivers can be steer, but it will be difficult to detect by enemies. If the enemy wants to fire at us, their signal will be blocked and exploded in the middle of the ocean with another torpedo. This was a new invention by Hedy Lamarr. She accidentally discovered GPS and Wifi, that is widely used today.

If Hollywood made a movie about her, this would be interesting to watch.
