Mocking Jay MP

Okay, what just happened. Coin and Primrose! Who cares about Coin not my Primrose. Nooo! Move it kitty cat!

From the last Mockingjay part 1 we see Peeta Mellark being strapped to a bed, he was brain washed by the Capitol and wanted to kill Katniss Everdeen. To break the spell Katniss kissed him doing an epic battle scene in a parking garage in which the floor was coming alive!

There were some great epic battle scenes. There were mole creatures in the sewers it attacking the crew. Another epic battle scene, when they were trapped inside around a building because of the black blob of glob was chasing them across the field, it ate one of the members, and they ran inside some kind of store. And I really wanted a hologram TV, it look so cool. That would be impossible. Some of the locations were shot in abandons buildings in Atlanta, GA.

Katniss killed Coin, because she did not wanted to be control by her. For Snow, she wanted to kill him for destruction and chaos, and killing her sister in air raid of trick bombs near the capitol. She let people of Capitol killing Snow while he was strapped to a pillar.

Philip Seymour Hoffman had some few lines and made his final appearances in the movie when he died over a year ago.

There were some few funny moments in it, but it was dramatic in a way. Maybe the audience did not read the books and seem to be funny in way – teenagers! Read the book!

The books of the Hunger Games series are one of the best and the best adaptations to the screen. Peter Craig and Danny Strong wrote the screenplay for Mockingjay 1 & 2 from the Suzanne Collins books. They capture the essence of the Mockingjay 1 & 2. Danny was best known from Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1996 – 2003) as an actor and guest actor in many TV shows. He is best known as a screenwriter, without him they will be no Mockingjay 1 & 2. He has have written a good screenplays and it should be nominate either for a Golden Globes or an Oscar for his work. He wrote for Lee Daniels’ The Butler (2013) Game Change (2012), The Rooster (2010), and Recount (2008).

Overall, the movie was fantastic to watch and the final conclusion of Mockingjay franchise. Will there be another movie? They can called it – blue jay? But you have to see it, Jennifer Aniston was terrific, I meant Jennifer Lawrence. Will she get another Oscar for this performance or for Joy coming out in December?

The only humor was Donald Sutherland in the gallows variety and his levity into his role as the big bad.

Remember the movie is two hours and seventeen minutes long. Go to the restroom early, don’t drink caffeinated soda it may trigger your bladder. And don’t miss a minute of the action.

It almost got an “R” rated for intense bloody battle scenes but it was cut down for PG-13.
