Kim Possible Movie Review

This is Disney Channel first ever live action from animated successful show Kim Possible (2002- 2007).

In the movie, Kim Possible (Sadie Stanley) and her best friend Ron Stoppable (Sean Giambrone) embark on their freshman year of high school, all while saving the world from evil villains. While Kim and Ron have always been one step ahead of their opponents, navigating the social hierarchy of high school is more challenging than the action-heroes ever imagined. With Drakken (Todd Stashwick) and Shego (Taylor Ortega) lurking in the wings, Kim must rely on her family and friends on Team Possible — Ron, tech-genius Wade (Issac Ryan Brown), new friend Athena (Ciara Wilson), and Rufus, a naked mole-rat — to stop these super villains.

Sadie Stanley, this is her first movie, and she was fantastic playing the iconic role Kim Possible. She played the giggling girl on Game Shakers to superstardom on the Disney Channel. Remember her name, and she got fame! She’s from South Carolina. I hope she gets better roles in TV and movies.

Sean Giambrone

He plays Ron Stoppable. He’s from the ABC show “The Goldberg” if you haven’t seen the show. And he’s a very successful actor too.

She plays Athena an Android. She can mimic Kim Possible moves and make it better. She’s also actor herself.  She appeared on Speechless (ABC), Bizaardvark (Disney Channel), Henry Danger (Nick) and other popular TV shows.

Patton Oswalt who voice Professor Dementor in the animated series, plays Professor Dementor, the real-life villain in the movie. And Shego played by Taylor Ortego. And Nancy Cartwright who voices animated Rufus in the TV show does the voice.

Christy Carlson Romano makes a cameo appearance she plays a pop star Poppy Blue.

Todd Stashwick plays Dr. Draken, he has been in Gotham, and Teen Wolf.

Other stars such as Alyson Hannigan Dr. Ann Possible, Issac Ryan Brown as Wade

I don’t care what people say about this movie, Disney Channel knows how to find good upcoming talent and the cast them to make them successful in the entertainment business. Sadie Stanely will become successful. Kim Possible movie is fantastic to watch with your children. Great film and a great cast.  You will enjoy this movie!

It’s playing throughout February on the Disney Channel, watch it with your kid!
